    -Today an old employer from 4 years ago tracked me down to tell me that they owe me a cheque for holiday pay. I live in a different city and it was mere fluke how they found me - i counsel her granddaughter at school - her granddaughter told her about this awesome school councellor (me haha) and grandma was like I know that name - she used to work for me yrs ago, tell her we owe her money and to call me haha
    So today, the young lady gave me the message - i call and they took my current info down and are sending me cheque this week - for money they owed me from 2007! How funky is that?!! I would never have known and it couldn't have happened at a better time too! She couldn't tell me how much it was over the phone b/c the acct had the info - but whatever it is, I'm happy and thankful for it Woohoo

    I hadn't had the tv on this morning when i posted rain but no storms heard on tv some people here in the same town i live in lost home and everything to storm last night or early morning thankful no lives was lost the storm didn't wake me.

    I am so thankful for the wonderful rain, clean air, and the birds that were singing this morning outside my window. I am also thankful for my job and the ability to help my children when needed. I am thankful for my new church family and the friends that I am making.
