Don't Quit

I have this poem framed and hanging up in my living room. I have had it for years and it is so true for me...I read it when I'm down or need a bit of encouraging:

Don't Quit

When things go wrong as they sometimes will,
When the road you're trudging seems all uphill,
When funds are low and debts are high,
And you want to smile, but you have to sigh,
When care is pressing you down a bit~
Rest if you must but don't you quit.

Success is failure turned inside out,
The silver tint of the clouds of doubt,
And you never can tell how close you are,
It may be near when it seems afar,
So, stick to the fight when you're hardest hit~
It's when things go wrong that you must not Quit....

That is a wonderful poem. I am going to copy and paste it and print it out in a pretty font and put it on my refrigerator. Thanks for sharing it with us.

You know, I printed off 10 copies of it in nice print and am going to give them out today along with the food commodities that we distribute. I think they will truely bless people!
