Our thank you thread - week of June 14th - Sara for you!!

A part of simple living is being thankful for people that are in our lives, be in real life people or people we meet on the internet. So, every Monday morning I will start a new "thank you" thread for a member here. It may be a mod, a member who has been here for a long time or a new member.

Please add a "thank you" to let the person know how much we appreciate them and how thankful we are that they are a part of the village, thus making them a part of our lives.

This week's thank you is for Sara (smnoel) - Sara thank you for all you do to make the village what it is today. Thank you for giving of yourself, for friendship and for just being you. Thank you for the special things you add on here to make the village fun, for creating a sister site and for being the wonderful person you are.

Sara, thank you for creating this place we all call home. Frugal Village is a beautifully crafted, tranquil place that is a one off on the web.

I'm making new friends here. I'm learning to do things that I can't find out about anywhere else. It's like have a grandmother who is passing on her knowledge. A million thank yous would not be enough. Just know that your gift to us is totally appreciated and by me and is changing lives. I hope that I can give back some of what I've received from FV, in the spirit of simplicity it is my intention to pass it on.

Sara, what a visionary you are to have created a place that trancends all of life's hassles and complications. This place is as special as it is because we only follow your lead.

I have never felt more loved and valued than by the friends that I have met here in this village. I have many times wondered how I ever existed before the village became a part of my everyday life.

For all you do to make this place a place of unconditional acceptance, I thank you from the deepest part of my heart.

Deed did a great thing when she told me about this "Frugal" place.

I tried to tell her I was not TOO Frugal, but she insisted I would enjoy it.

Well Deed was correct...I certainly enjoy all the great people I have met here.

It is a safe & a get to know you place.

I don't even remember how I found this site but am so thankful that I did. You ladies have become such wonderful friends to me.

I know you all think that I was upbeat during my illness last year, but it was only due to all the encouragement, prayers, well wishes and thoughts from all of you that got me through it all.

Sara, if it wasn't for you and your lovely site, I don't know what I would have done. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
