~ my son got the job he wanted with the Marines-- he did his swearing in yesterday, and got the job of Aviation mechanic (my brother does this in civilian life, but also contracts for some military jobs)

~ homemade pies baking in the oven

~ cherries from my mom's tree ( I can't pick or eat them, but am making pies for the party on Sunday)

~ feeling better!
