Wendy, the author for that book is Jackie Wellwood. It is one of the best books I've read.

Gina, you won't go wrong in reading that book.

Darlene, thats one of my favorite cookbooks.

"Living More with Less" by Doris Jansen Longacre. I read this after I read her cookbook "More with Less" and I love it. The book was finished by others, as the author died with cancer before it was done.

The Busy Mom's Guide to Simple Living by Jackie Wellwood and More with Less Cookbook by Doris Janzen Longacre both look real good to me. I'll have to see if I can get one of them from the library.

I don't know if this actually counts as a simple living book but I love reading it and sometimes it really helps get me back on track when I start getting too materialist and need to get my values back in order. It is Walden (or Life in the Woods) by Henry David Thoreau.
Books are the treasured wealth of the world and the fit inheritance of generations and nations.” --Henry David Thoreau
