    1. I'm getting estimates from roofers, our roof was damaged by all the tornadoes in June.

    2. I'm freezing and canning corn and making jelly.

    3. I'll be making a few casseroles too, one to eat and the others for freezing.

    The kitchen is already heated up and it's a bit chilly here today so it makes sense to do these.

    1. boiling/cooking large quantity of ground beef and putting them it in meal size freezer bags. I love being able to just pop one out and add sauce and veggies for a spaghetti sauce, sloppy joes, lasagna.....saves alot of time a kitchen clean up.

    2. Decluttering some more therefore not so much to clean, look after and maintain.

    3. Working on Christmas projects so I won't be rushed in December.

    I'm also trying to declutter my home and make space to breath here...

    Soon will have more to sleep as I let go of more than half of my paper route...

    Trying to find what makes me truly happy in life...
