    Smile Daily appreciations July 28th

    ~a day at home
    ~gas prices a bit lower
    ~my grandmas lamp my Mom gave me yesterday, I'm going to put it on my dresser in my bedroom
    ~whole wheat toast and peanut butter...mmm!

    my parents- even though I have to drive them to appointments on all my days off this week, I'm just thankful that I still HAVE my parents.

    my health- one of my coworkers (who is only a couple years older than I) just had spine surgery and was diagnosed with cancer- already spread to her lymph nodes- she's a single mom too, and takes care of her aging parents.

    my kids- several funerals around here this week for teenages who were killed in car accidents. Only one involved drugs/alcohol.

    my nap yesterday afternoon

    internet- that keeps me connected with friends and family

    hot showers- pure bliss for my arthritis this morning
