It's all in how you deal with it.
The thing that makes me have pretty much not a care in the world is knowing that most times I don't have control over lots of what can drive me up the wall and just letting it go. The stuff I can do I'll do, and lots of times I'll steer things in the right direction before it hits the fan. It may sound stupid but I really believe that most of our happiness or sadness depends on how we look at things.

Darlene, I totally agree with your way of dealing with life's ups and downs. I'm very relaxed about most things, my DH is a great worrier. Most things work themselves out, in the meantime I'm ordering another dessert for Darlene and me.

I'll join you ladies, soon as I get below 200 lbs.

A few years ago I threw away my scales, ate what I liked and the results well, lets just say that a few extra lbs that were floating thru the universe suddenly and magnetically stuck themselves to my unsuspecting body.

    Alien FAT CELLS!!!!!

I'm fighting them off with my new wonder weapon, Splenda sweetened desserts!

But a life without dessert is a desert indeed!

Like always...you are right on the money Darlene.  I could not agree more.
