    Default my daily pix #26

Here it is, my new wedding ring. Yesterday was my 25th wedding anniversary and DH gave me this as an anniversary gift. I'd stopped wearing my original ring as it was a bit tight.

I am really happy at the moment. Our lives are full and we are content. It can't get much better than this.

LOL, I just looked at this photo again and maybe I should have tarted my nails up with a bit of polish. Oh well, I am what I am.

Thank you, ladies, for all your warm, loving thoughts. I'm always delighted to get every post in any thread I start. I love it that you're all so generous and have such kind hearts.

I don't know what it is about this village - I'm not sure if it attracts kind and generous people or whether we become more caring because of the atmosphere and the people here. Any thoughts?

Band of gold, no beginning or end...endless love forever & ever
    Just beautiful.

PS. Bethany you have gardener hands. Your hands work and that's a very good thing.

Fabulous ring! And I love what Darlene wrote about the "band of gold".

I think that the tone of this village was established by the originators and that has helped to attract caring people of like values. Also I think maybe the simple lifestyles we are all trying to lead perhaps has led us to discover the importance of caring, compassion and couth (as my Mom would say). Okay that's deep enough for tonight

What a beautiful ring Bethany. I too love what Darlene wrote about the band of gold. I think it is both that the atomsphere attracts nice people because it conveys and air of happiness, and if you're here very long it will make you happy and in turn you will be nice.

That is beautiful Bethany and don't worry about your hands, they are just hard working.
My own wedding ring is just a plain band, narrower than yours and of course after 33 years a bit worse for wear.
