    ~ My wonderful husband, who threw a surprise birthday party for me yesterday, inviting several good friends and buying me a very delicious (and expensive!) ice cream cake!

    ~ My best friend, my precious kitty and his sweet and cozy charm.

    ~ Homemade bread... mmm

    ~ My husband's grandparents, who saw us walking home from the grocery store with our purchases and gave us a ride home (saved $5 on a taxi!).

    ~ Video games (today, at least!)

    ~ Warm lap blankets -- I've placed several around the house and we wrap up in them rather than turn on the heat.

    ~ My Goddess and God.
