    Default Jan 7 - Today I grew ...

    Today I grew by realizing that though I might have a bad dealing with someone else that it will not wreck my mood (well more then temporararily). A bad moment does not make for a bad day.

     

     

    How did you grow today (or yesterday since this would probably be a better thread at the end of each day)

    Great thread Kimmee!

    I realize that I can't be the strong one all the time and that it's ok to break down, have a cry and carry on. It sometimes washes away all the bad thoughts and gives you clarity to go on.
