    Default A Simple Evening

I recently decided to get a few board games. I got Dominos, Parcheesi, Dora Dominos, Uno. Last night, Dh and the girls and I sat down and played them. It was so nice - so fun to be together and do this (even though we had to simplify them all for the girls). Before kids, DH & I used to turn the tv off and turn on music and play Scrabble. Maybe this will become a simple tradition too.

    Good for you!
Our kids love playing games, too!
It won't be long and you won't have to simplify them at all...kids catch on fast!

Games are still really big here even though my kids are teenagers. We have two variations: one is board game night, and the other is Xbox game night where even DH and I play Xbox with the kids.

    What a wonderful evening Cheryl.

We too play lots of games and find its where we have the most fun. We play both board games and cards, depending on what the kids want to play.

A wonderful tradition for any family.
