What a beautiful morning!

I was up early this morning and I was able to watch the whole dawn awake.......
It was so amazingly beautiful. It was clear and everything was layered with frost and there was mist down on the river and the sun was rising behind Mt.Baker's shoulder......breathtaking!

Then I had to drive Dd to theater, and on the road everything was frosty and the horizen in the west was the palest of pinks and there was this gorgeous large (it was close to the horizen) full moon......Oh My.

God's world is so beautiful.
I just had to share.

It sounds breathtaking. You described it so wonderfully. I could see it perfectly in my mind as you described it

. God does wonderful work, I love the to watch the sunrises and sunsets here. We live in a very rural area so there is no smog or pollution or even light pollution to affect the sunrises and sunsets so they are so breathtaking.

Yesterday was gorgeous as well. We caught a BEAUTIFUL bright pink sunrise, and 5 minutes later it was gone...so glad to have seen it when we did.

BTW, at certain times of the year, I can see Mt Baker from my porch. If it's clear out and the leaves are not yet on the trees and I hunch down, so my eyes are at about shoulder-level, and I peer between the evergreens, I can just see the peak. I've lived in this house for 6.5 years and just noticed this last spring. I stepped out onto my porch several times a day, just for a glimpse. I found it so refreshing.
