    I agree. Your thoughts do have the ability to either empower you or depress you, depending on how you think about your situation.

    I've read a book once that said, when we think about something, that thought becomes a part of our body. When we are always thinking negative thoughts we are poisoning our bodies ad making ourselves sick. It is very important to take some time and listen to our thoughts. Perhaps that is why meditation is so good for us! Ommmmmmmmm.
