Good morning! I hope your weekend is going well. No church for us today. DD2 is coughing, so I have to pump her full of medicine to get her back up to par. Have to make sure cough doesn't crank up her asthma. Today I will take it easy. DH is playing softball and won't be home until around 2:00. If Courtney ever takes her nap, I need to go to the store to get the "incredible egg deal" 3 dozen eggs for $1.00!!! Also the bagels are .25 on Sunday-DD2 likes them. So off to buy my 6 dozen eggs, newspaper (for coupons, of course) and bagels. I need to work on the church cookbook some more and try to read the book club book today. Then of course, there's race time! Talladega, here we come!

plan dinner
put up fall decorations
watch race

So far:
made bed
shower, dressed, hair
hung out laundry
washed dishes
eating breakfast
fed Courtney

Hi everyone! It's beautiful here in upstate NY also! Today is my son's 14th birthday- I am taking him out to Applebee's for dinner to celebrate. My husband is on a business trip and is very sad he can't be home for his birthday. I have a pot of potato soup going on the stove right now, and I'm also going to make some applesauce. Later I will stop at the hardware store for paint to put on daughters ceiling and woodwork. Have a wonderful day everyone!

Happy Birthday to Patchworkgirl's ds - hope you have a great day. Have fun at Applebees. That is one of my favorite places to eat.

Today is going to be a quite day here too. I plan on:

- cutting out another bear
- doing some sewing
- folding clothes from yesterday
- washing dishes

I'm trying to rest as much as possible due to a severe back problem. Hope everyone has a great Sunday!!

I am up early trying to finish my jeep cake. I had to redo it last night because I wasn't satisfied with the amount of cake. I have to have it done by 12:30.

I really need to mop my floor today and finish laundry but that is about it. Have a great day!

Morning/Afternoon everyone. I am not getting dressed today at all. Hubby got sick last night, ds was sick Friday and Saturday. So we are not attending Church.
I am wanting to do something in the line of crafting. Not sure if it will be handquilting or what. Can't sit at the sewing machine or I would be doing that, making blocks.
Brisk weather here, brrrrrrrrrrrrr

Hello ladies! It is a gorgeous day here. The sun is shining bright, and I actually had a good night's sleep last night.

Dh went deer hunting, so hopefully he'll bring back some meat! We love it.

I have all housework done. I'm gonna browse the net before I head off to work.

Good morning girls....gosh I barely made it in time to say that! It's a really nice, coolish day here today. Happy Bd to Patchwork Girl's ds! I love Appleby's too, enjoy that.

I'm gonna have a pretty quiet day here too. Still been going to the chiropractor for that hip problem I mentioned a few months back and it's a LOT better but sorta at a stand still. I talked to him on Friday to see if there was ANYTHING else he could do to perhaps push me over this plateau and boy howdy did he work me over. I'm still so sore and stiff that I can barely move. SO today I'm gonna rest it again....pretty much did that yesterday too but I really, really want this to get better once and for all.
I'll be straightening up around here and maybe doing a load or 2 of laundry, I HAVE to clean the pump off in my pond, it's clogged with stringy moss and I had to turn it off last nite. Other than that I'm having R&R today. Dh is out in the field with a farmer cutting a test plot....I was hoping he'd have a day of rest too. He's been working soooooo hard for ages now. Anyway, I hope everyone has a great day.

Well I am not used to having a Sunday at home! I am hoping to do a load of laundry, and maybe put in the last few iris bulbs. I am moving the iris beds into 1 large bed so dh can use their old place for the huge front porch hes planning to build.
Other than that I am just resting today!

Hi Ladies! I have not done all that much today. I took the trash out~finally!! Made the bed, and picked up a little! I went to my co-leaders house this afternoon to plan out our girl scout meetings. Glad that is done!

Well it's afternoon by the time I got on here today.... I hope all of the sick family members get feeling well soon..... Nice day here.... Gonna put out my pumpkins and fall decor today.... I need to get a bit of corn from a neighbor for my display..... He gives me about 12 stalks every year and I bake him a sweet potato pie.... Good trade I think !!! We went to a local pumpkin farm and got pumpkins yesterday.... .50c each... They are basketball sized and smaller..... We got 8 for less than 1 would have cost at the grocery store.... It was a nice place, they had a corn maze for the kids... We got 4 orange, 2 white & 2 orange and green pumpkins... I also got 3 goose neck squash for .75c each.... Along with the fall branches I preserved last year it should look nice (I hope) ......Have a great day Ladies !!!!!!!
