    Talking ~SuperBowl Sunday~

This dance is for those of you who watch the SuperBowl...my dh does, I don't..but thought it might make an interesting title.

    Sunday.....
Not spending any $ today....don't feel well, so I am not going to church. I will read in my Bible this morning...
All meals and snacks are eaten here at home.....
    Just resting today......and relaxing....
Heat is turned down to 60*......it's rather mild here so far.....

    Have a great Sunday all.

I was just watching some of today's super bowl ads online ~ the Pedigree one and one of the Pepsi ones are really funny!

Not much going on here today ~ I have to make our super bowl goodies but that's all I am doing. I might work on my afghan some, too.

We are making homemade onion rings and bbq bacon cheese burgers. I made the buns yesterday so today is easier. We will eat that at half time. To snack on during the first part of the game I am making 7 layer dip and tortilla chips and vegies and hummus.
I have five beautiful children and my wonderful best friend as my husband.

It's kind of a lazy Sunday. All I'm doing is laundry. We will be watching the big game later. I've already picked up dd14. I need to pick up dd16 at 1pm.

Not doing much here either. We're not sports fans. Tonight is meatless dinner night, so the meal will be simple, nothing much to prepare. I'm really craving chinese dumplings, but I think I will put off getting take-out until later this week.

Some of the local fabric shops are having great sales this weekend, but I am resisting the urge to spend. I don't need any more quilt fabric (have a stash that will last years), heck I don't even want more fabric. I just want to go shopping for something to do....

DH and I have been casually tidying the house this morning. You know, all that stuff that needs to be wiped off, hung up, put back, put away, thrown out or recycled...

We are going to be watching the game. I am making finger foods and appetizers to nibble while watching. I am good with either team winning, I just want to see a good game and no injuries.

We are from Pennsylvania originally, so we want the Steelers to win.

Other than that, just got groceries today, doing laundry. Making cheeseburgers (grilling out) and chips for dinner.

    GO CARDINALS!

Both the Cards and Kurt Warner will always be Missourians in my heart so of course I've gotta root for them. We are going to our annual party where I usually don't pay a lick of attention to the game, but I always have a favorite to win.
