Default 3/15/09 What are your Simple Sunday plans for today???

Today I plan on Cleaning up around my house, laundry, cleaning all my baseboard heaters to make them more efficient when I do use them. Make a big pot of pea soup in my crockpot. And maybe run up to CVS to get their weekly deals? What's everyone else up to??

I finished cleaning up after the bridal shower yesterday and DH and I are going to an RV show in a little bit. Other than that ~ I am doing nothing, and that includes cooking!

I am off to a wholesale food store with DH to check it out. They supply local eateries so everything is in large, large sizes. Will do my best to comparison price there and try to see if it really is worthwhile for my family in any way.

Then hopefully home to walk dog and play with her in the yard.
Laundry, sweeper run, general pick up around the house.

I've been kind of clogged in the head the last couple of days. I think I might be developing allergies and have maybe been in denial of it. I've had head cold/stuffy symptoms more times in the past year than I have in moat of my life combined. Anyway, since I think this is allergy stuff I am going to try and still be productive since overall I don't feel bad and I hate to waste a weekend day.

    So far I've:
    ~ read the paper
~ cooked breakfast and fed everyone
~ had coffee and visted here

    Hopefully:
    ~ laundry
    ~ get in a 45min/hour excersize session
    ~ dinner
~ call about more tree estimates
    ~ balance spreadsheet (update siggy)
~ clear out another put off area
    ~ hang pictures I found

I've gone through the house, sweeping, dusting, cleaning bathroom, scouring kitchen sink and even changing the sheets on my bed. My mom is coming over, we are going to grill some chicken outside for lunch and have a crafting afternoon. She is going to knit and I'm going to make a table runner for a friend's birthday.

We went to Pinellas County Botanical Park this morning with some friends. Now we're home for the rest of the day. DH is watching Basketball games, DD is off to friends and I'm cutting squares for a quilt and checking out the action in the village.
    Homemade beef-a-roni for supper.
    Quiet day today.

Today I started the gravy/tomato sauce in the crockpot
Hit the grocery store for a few odds and ends
Baked some oatmeal chocolate and butterscotch chip
Finished knitting the scarf for DD

It's too nice to do anything but soak up the sun, so later tonight I will do laundry and straighten out the kitchen.
I can't be out of money... I still have checks left!

It's a GREAT day! After my super long shift yesterday, I only have to be here three hours today. I get to leave at 4, in about 15 minutes. I have some dishes to wash and then I intend to do nothing but crochet and read. I've earned it.

I'm pretty sore and lethargic today. I plan to:

-- wash and fold 3 more loads of clothes
-- straighten up the master bedroom and kitchen
-- change out the kitty litter box
    -- make something for dinner

I may get some more done but I don't want to scare myself from the jump.
