Simple Sunday - 12/27
Working on the laundry I didn't get done yesterday. Made my to-do list for the week. Printed out the chore charts for everyone else. DH is blowing the driveway so we can make our way out to Target. The last cannister of formula was opened yesterday. I will attempt (ha-ha) to put some order to the gift explosion in the dining room and front room.

Woke up and walked to get the sunday paper. Then came home and roasted some vegetables for dinner. Showered and waiting to go into town for an event that is going on. Luckily dusted and vacuumed yesterday, so all I need to do is the sweep and mop the floors. Also need to make a grocery list for tomorrow. Hopefully will not spend a dime since everything is supposed to be free today at the event.

Staying home today to clean and relax! My house has gotten out of control these last few weeks! I clean a bit, then relax a bit! I can get lots done this way! I've got my 3rd load of laundry in, doing all of the rugs and blankets today! Going to have lasagna for dinner and just continue to putter throughout the day!
Have a great day!~Kim~

Going to have a breakky with a friend who's being sent far away for a month or two, plus we haven't gotten together for Christmas and he'll be away for both of our birthdays
I plan to meet up with another friend downtown to *gulp* attempt to buy snowpants lol I'd like a pair of not so bulky snow pants or thick nylon pants with fleece lining inside where you can wear jeans or just long johns - mainly for walking or playing outside in the snow or skating etc.
Other then that - just chilling at home tonight.
Have a great day y'all!

It's nearly noon here... I need to wash dishes and get some laundry done. Other than that, I'll probably just be relaxing until tomorrow.
We usually don't have a real breakfast, but since DH did cook a nice one this morning, I am thinking I may not get away with pancakes for supper. So maybe I better thaw something from the freezer...or have potato soup.

Went to church this morning - and the church janitor preached!! Wow, is this guy in the wrong line of work!
DH and DS took a load of stuff over to our storage unit because WE'RE MOVING TOMORROW!!!!
Emptied out and cleaned the kids bathroom
Warmed up some lunch
Texted the college kids and an unemployed friend who will be helping us tomorrow (and as I predicted, it'll be snowing

I still have to make the 100 mile round trip to Elizabeth's house to do some post hospital assessments and paperwork this afternoon. Hope to get done and through Indianapolis' downtown before the Colts' game lets out - winter weather advisory today, no less - wonderful day for travel!!
Then pack, pack and pack (and if there's time, pack some more!)

Today is stay at home football Sunday!! DH made a terrific breakfast and I am now gearing up to clean up the piles of treasures that are everywhere in the LR and DR!! Tomorrow starts my paperwork marathon so I want everything cleared off so I can really dig in.
Oh and I want to finish up the handwuilting on the BobtheBuilder quilt I am making for a baby shower.
Have a lovely Sunday all!!Travel light. The baggage of the past can only hold you back.
