    Default Simple Sunday 9/5

    Love the simplicity of our Sunday.

    DH made pancakes, scr. eggs and hot dogs for breakfast.

    I'm clearing out the area around our shell display case - and putting everything away and not just stacked elsewhere!!

    Am going to the pool to exercise in 30 minutes.

    Chickens are defrosting for baked chicken tonight and white chili chicken during the week and as gifts for friends too.

    Already talked with DD - she's at the Japanese exhibition at the Botantical Gardens - love that place!!

    Warm breezes and lots of sun makes this a great Sunday!!

    Your Sunday sounds great

    Got ice cream last night (stupid me had it in place of dinner)... paying for it today! Haven't been able to handle peanut butter well since I had surgery back in November, yet I continue to do this to myself. Ah well.

    Staying home today to get some stuff done... but so far, not really going well LOL

    Did pay off a high-APR credit card today! (19%!!!)

    Finally sat down and did the budget thing, and went over it w/my hubs. Figured out that as we're living right now, by the end of the month, we only have about $900 left after everything is paid - and that's if we don't debit anything!! So, that doesn't take into consideration pet food, dr. appts, incidentals, etc.

    Ouch.

    Got up late with the kiddos today, we had choc chip muffins and bananas for breakfast. Picked up son from his friend's house this afternoon and then picked up some stuff for a bbq tomorrow.

    It's been a nice lazy day for us. DD is doing her homework assignment, we're eating tacos, and I made the brownies for tomorrow. Bringing rolls, soda, brownies, and tri tip to the bbq.

    Nice quiet lazy day...DF and I lazed around in bed this am watching tv, reading, talking. Got up to help me swap out my old disheveled couch & loveseat and set up his old set. Other then that, I lazed around today, went shopping and took dad out for a steak dinner.
