Default Simple Sunday - January 8/12

    Good morning everyone

We're having our usual lazy Sunday here. Did hand wash a few dishes and cups earlier, gathered up laundry and put away the futon after having a guest stay over. Will probably do a couple loads of laundry - bed linens & towels. Lunch will be leftover pizza from the other night, not sure about dinner yet. Gorgeous sunny day out here!

Took a quick walk to Family Follar. Came home and made some gluten free corn bread muffins. Still need to make my grocery list.

I am getting ready for a day of major cleaning. We have had a month of visitors (first one set of grandparents and then the other) and it has taken its toll. I am looking forward to them leaving in an hour and getting this place put back together. After I'm done cleaning I have a stack of books I hope to read before they are due at the library and I think this evening would be a nice time to get started.

We've had a lazy day around here. For the rest of the afternoon, my goals are to make a dent in my bedroom...I've got some books that need to go back to the library, some books that need to be boxed up to be taken to the second-hand bookstore tomorrow, and some pants that I need to go through and decide which ones to keep and which ones to donate.

Later on, my boyfriend and I are going to sit down and make a list of home repairs/improvements we'd like to accomplish...and think about how we're going to accomplish them!

Having a great Sunday at home with DH - it is a bit strange him being here and he will be for at least two weeks before he heads back to Kauai to help out his Mom.

Football Sunday = love it and the enrgy the teams are showing!! Am still decluttering from all the crafting and still tring to get more crafting done

Changed the slipcover on the couch and am going to make a white slipcover for the sidechair. Onward and upward.

Hope yours is also a lovely Sunday!!

    My Sunday's are always simple!

Went to church this morning, usually only go on Sat night (did both this weekend). They had a special educational experience so I decided to go.

Sunday is my day of rest, so all that's on my list for today is a simple meal (soup), some puter time, and early to bed so I can get up tomorrow.

    See you tomorrow!
