    Thumbs up Sunday Dinner


    What is on the menu at your place today? We are having lasagna. I have it in the oven now. For dessert we have hot fudge sundaes later.

    Tonight we will grill a london broil steak, (most likely terriaki) sprinkled with some hot peppers, boiled red potatoes, green beans, salad with all the fixings.

    Not sure about dessert..probably just cherries

    Baked (nuked, actually, heh ) ham, mashed potatoes with country gravy, and probably corn. Hmmm, biscuits would go good with this. Too bad I'm so all-fired lazy.

    Talk about lazy....! We had left over hamburgers from a party we threw last night.....I'm feeling completely LAZY!

    ~48 yr. old sahw, livin' it up in our empty nest, smack dab in the middle of everywhere.~

    Grilled some little steaks, pasta salad from leftover pasta, garlic bread from leftover italian bread and some frozen peas and corn.
    20 minutes beginning to end.

    We had a birthday party for my older dd today, so we ate lunch late (around 3:00), so we just picked later on rather than eat dinner.
