Soggy Sunday ??

The heavy rain last night was really a blessing. It hasn't rained here in about a month!

Went to church this morning then picked Ashlee up from her friend's house. Dh and I went to lunch then to an estate sale.

I put Courtney down for her nap and started cleaning the LR. I'm not done yet, just taking a short break. I need to make the kids dinner since I had that big burger for lunch.

I didn't make it to church at all today. I have developed a itchy rash on my arms, upper back and face that is driving me crazy. Went to the pharmacy yesterday to pick up gout meds for hubby and showed it to the pharmacist and he gave me some thick, pink, chalky lotion to apply twice a day, and also told me to take Benadryl for the itching. Lotion looks like calamine but it's not. Decided I shouldn't teach Sunday School this morning since I am one pink, blotchy mess, and would probably scare my class of 3-4 year olds, LOL.

The Benadryl makes me a bit drowsy, but I managed to cook dinner for hubby and daughter before taking a nap. I haven't been up very long, but thought I would jump online to help clear my head. Pharmacist told me to take 2 Benadryl tabs, but I think two are one to many so will cut back. Won't take more tonight cause I have to drive daughter to school in the morning. Hubby and daughter are back at church now.

We did get a litle rain around midnight last night and a few sprinkles this morning, but could use alot more, a lot more!

~Got up and made egg, cheese, and ham in english muffins for me. Dh ate the rest of the eggs.
~Dh went to get the paper for coupons and cut coupons.
~Went to get a Walgreens Easy Saver catalog for Sept, and ended up getting some more deals. Decided to stock up on water. Got 30 bottles for $3.49.
~Went grocery shopping.
~Getting some rebates ready to mail out tomorrow.
~Going to get some things ready to start in the crockpot tomorrow.
~Catching up on some email.
~Dh did two loads of laundry and hung some up.
