    Default Sleepy Sunday

How is everyone this morning? What's up at your place today? How's the weather?

We're sleepy and lazy around here this morning. We stayed out a little late last night at a wedding and reception/bbq afterward. It was a lot of fun but we got really cold with the breeze. We ate too much cake but it was soooo good. I lurve wedding cake. We're gonna be a little lazy and then drive into the next town over to pick up a few things and do a mystery shop. It's cool and foggy and cloudy here today (64 right now). I think I'll catch up on my emails a bit and unload the dishwasher, make the bed, pick and put up around the house. That's probably gonna about do it for me today.

Hope everyone has a restful day and some fun too!

~48 yr. old sahw, livin' it up in our empty nest, smack dab in the middle of everywhere.~

    Good morning
We slept in this morning too. Didn't get home from the drive in until after midnight. Pirates 3 was worth it though

Today I have to pick up the house, vacuum, run the dishwasher, and go to the cemetaries with mom to do the flowers. It rained this morning, so that's gonna be a messy job.

Good morning!! Unfortunately, we did not sleep late because the thunder booming outside woke us up! The weather here is yucky! We are having more downpours. I wish it would stop raining already.

I need to do some housecleaning today. I put it off yesterday, so I better get to it today!

    Have a great day everyone!

It is another warm day here with no rain in sight again. The kids are at church with their grandparents and won't be home until after 12.
    Today we are.....

~working on the pool some more (this is getting to be a long process this year thanks to a series of bad luck with the equiptment this year. Everything seems to have broken over the winter and it has been one hurdle after another.)

~Rip up the front room floor and get it ready to put the new hardwoods down.

~Possibly get the hardwoods going (DH and FIL).

    Good Morning everybody!

I too am having a sleepy type day ... didn't get up till about 9:30 [which isn't really bad for me since I never go to sleep till 2 or 3 a.m.]

No plans for me today really ...

I need to work on my bible study lesson for tomorrow and want to read some more in my Left Behind book [I went to the library yesterday and got books #13 and #14].

We're to get rain/storms here today and it's so humid out. Ick!

Have a good day friends! :-)

    Love,

    Jennelle

Having a cookout here. I don't feel real good, keep getting dizzy, lightheaded... May lay down before people arrive.

We're having our Memorial Day BBQ with family coming over later this afternoon. We went to the cemeteries yesterday afternoon to take flowers to my parents' graves and hubby's mothers grave. There were quite a few people at the cemeteries yesterday.

I've already got a coconut cake made for desert, I've still got to get the house picked up. Hope everyone has a terrific Sunday!!

We have to do a little carpet cleaning here this morning. One of the dogs threw up in the hallway during the night. Yuck.

Other than that, not much going on here today.

We were lazy this morning around here too. My DD and DS slept until 9:30 which I think is a record.
We ran some errands mid day and had an early dinner.
We just finished planting our corn before the rain came.

    Enjoy your evening!

Winding down here & I'm ready for bed. I've been playing laundry lady & iron (dress shirts & pants) queen. He bought extra on Sat when I picked him up at the airport so he'll only have to do laundry every 10-14 days, lol.
Mark will be heading for his new home in the morning... so very bittersweet. The place he's working for this summer is going to put him up in a motel room for a few days until his new house is ready to move into on the first.
So happy for him but this changes everything.

    Awww it will be alright.

My day has been utter crapola. Im so far behind in my course reading that I swear I paid money to fail and prove that Im a failure. Had a huge fight with the bf and we're taking a time out and just came back from my sisters birthday dinner. I feel like Im coming down with something on top of my hyperactive allergies.

I just want to crawl up in a hole and die. I feel like my world is crumbling down around me, showering me with bad luck. This has GOT to stop and soon!
