Default Sunny Sunday, what's going on?

The extended forecast has us finally getting warmer, highs in the mid 50's and may even hit low 60's this week. About time!

I need to take a shower after I poke around on the puter, then Jack & I are heading over to our neighbors house to see if we can help her with anything. She is just the nicest neighbor and it feels great to help her out.

Not much else going on, just need to do a load of laundry, make the bed & pick up. Dinner is corned beef cooked in the crock with beer, the season pkg & peppercorns. Bought a few extra corned beef briskets around St Patty's and froze them, couldn't beat 99¢/lb. I'm a big Reuben sandwich fan so am in my glory.

Hope your Sunday is a keeper.

This morning I am going to school to practice on a program on their computer that I can't practice on at home as apparently it costs $3,000.00:surprise: to buy for my exam on Tuesday. This afternoon I am getting a pedicure and packing for my vacation in Florida which starts on Wednesday (it's been a long winter and I can't wait to get to the beach - and of course shopping in the U.S. is always fun!)

    Have a nice Sunday everyone

~~ I think I'm going to spend some more time today going through thr boys stuff with them. We've accomplished all the actual clothes sort but need to do shoes.

~~ Then we're going to tackle at least one other area in each room, like under the bed

~~ I'm going to do some stock cooking. Pot of beans, cookies, pancakes or waffles to freeze, pell up some carrots to snack on.

~~ Continue as I go through my day boxing extra stuff for Dh's co-worker whose house burned down. (He was renting with no insurance)

~~ Mending. This has built up and I need to start to tackle it.

~~ Laundry is a given here

~~ Spend some time grooming the cat

~~ MAYBE get to switching out the kids bed frames to the ones from the attic.

All in all a bust day!

I've had a self-indulgent weekend (my birthday). Yesterday I got my hair cut (first time in 7 months) and today I am going to get my nails done and the hair ripped out of all those place you just don't want hair (legs, upper lip, etc.)

I am only going to do the laundry we desparately need this week - a load of jeans and a load of socks and underwear.

I cleaned the kitchen this morning, and I have a small grocery trip planned.

I am going to hang up my new clothes (had a little spree) and get rid of some old ones - the stuff I did not wear the entire winter this year is going bye-bye on Monday.

Wow, I'm the diva this weekend!

Well - Not so Sunny here - lots of rain in the forecast but we have decided to go on a lunch ride with about 16 other bikes. We will try to miss the Big "R" but if not I'll be soaked by the time we get home.

This afternoon I plan to do as little as possible:

~iron a couple shirts for work next week
    ~Watch the Nascar Race
    ~Do some Knitting
    ~Eat a light Supper (LO's)
    ~Watch more TV

I have some clothes to wash so I won't have to go to work naked. Going to watch the Barefoot Contessa mini-marathon on the Food Network.. .and then going to the store to do a bit of grocery shopping. Nothing too involved today.

It is supposed to be nice here today too! I can definitely take the high 50's & low 60's over the temps we've had over the past few months. Today is kinda of sad, our son & his family headed back to NC a few minutes ago...when they leave it's like they just moved all over again and I hate that feeling!

But, on the upside they will be back at the end of May !

It's already a gorgeous morning here. The boys are cleaning their room. Later we'll probably take them outside & putter in the yard for a bit.

Meanwhile, it's clean up the kitchen & fold laundry. Later we'll watch the Nascar race.

We will be going to my boys flag football games from 1:00-4:00 and then off to another football game in Millersville for a semi-pro team my husband is involved with. It is certainly going to be a football day.

Overcast w/rain in the forecast here. It's too bad because I wanted to get some things done outside today.

I'm trying to get the motivation to work out and then I will be doing laundry and cleaning up. I'm hoping Dave will do the grocery shopping w/Lauren, and Kathryn will be going to 2 birthday parties (for b/g twins).

I'm hoping to have enough time to work on L's quilt.

Gripey & I had a date in the city last nite, didn't get home and in bed till midnite (gosh we are wild, aren't we? ). I'm sleepy this mornin'. At the moment we're drinking :coffee2: and surfin' and listening to old music. Gripey's gonna cook brunch for Dad and the 2 of us in a while....I plan on doing a load of towels, pick and put up around the house, workout, shower and not much else for the day.

It's not sunny here. It's cloudy and it's 56 degrees. I've been a busy little beaver this morning. I cleaned the toilet in my bathroom and the 1/2 bath. I emptied the dishwasher, made breakfast for DH and myself, and made the bed. I folded a load of laundry I did yesterday. I have washed another load and gotten it into the dryer and then started another load washing. I have Italian Veggie and Pasta Soup cooking in the crockpot for tomorrow night's supper. We are having a family dinner at my DMother's tonight for my younger brother's birthday and my DMother is doing the cooking. I am taking some chips and dip. I've also read a little bit in my book and worked on DD18's scrapbook. Going to do a little more housecleaning as well.

Took walk and did some shopping. Last night was inspired to clean out the bedroom closet and wipe down the closet walls and vacuum rug. Threw out a bunch of stuff today. Debating on whether or not to do some laundry. May wait until a sunny day to dry outside. Really feel lazy with it being overcast and damp outside. Will probably clean shoes and condition purses later on.

Hope everyone has a great day today.
