    Healthful "GORP" Snack


    Recipe Description
    My registered dietician friend makes this for her kids.
    Preparation Steps:
    Gather all the ingredients together.
    Level of Difficulty:
    Easy
    Time Needed:
    5 min
    Ingredients:
    5 c Cheerios
    1 c dry roasted peanuts
    1 c almonds
    2 c M&Ms
    2 c raisins
    Serves:
    1 c
    Directions:
    Measure everything together and stir together. For portion control, portion out into 1 cup servings ahead of time.
    Do whatever He tells you.

    She uses plain ole' Cheerios... but you can fancy it up!

    I just love this stuff! I actually prefer it without the M&Ms, myself, but the kdis like it better with the taste o' extra sweetness.
