Fast Caramel Corn
Melt butter, sugar and corn syrup together in saucepan over medium high heat until it comes to a foaming boil. Start a timer for 5 minutes and continue boiling, stirring occasionally. Pour over popcorn in bowl and mix as quickly as you can to coat pieces. Spread corn out on greased cookie sheet to cool for an hour before placing in airtight containers. Makes 14-16 cups(depending on nuts).

Thanks for sharing this recipe! I have a friend who routinely buys caramel corn at the mall so this is a recipe that could save her a lot of money. And so easy to make! I am planning to gift her a container of it with the recipe attached.
