    Default Hamburger Soup

    Hamburger Soup


    Recipe Description
    Easy & Tasty One Pot Recipe
    Preparation Steps:Level of Difficulty:
    Easy
    Time Needed:Ingredients:
    1 lb of hamburger
    4 cups cubed (peeled or unpeeled) potatoes (1/2" cubes)
    1 bag of frozen corn (12 oz)
    1 small onion chopped
    3 cans tomato sauce (8 oz each)
    4 cups water
    2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1/2 to 1 tsp hot pepper sauce (optional)
    Serves:
    6-8 (makes about 2 quarts)
    Directions:
    1) In Dutch oven or large kettle, brown ground beef. Drain.
    2) Add potatoes, corn, onion & tomato sauce.
    3) Stir in water, salt, pepper, and hot sauce.
    4) Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender and soup has thickened.

    sounds delicious, how do you get all the recipe to show up like it does. I like it. I will have to get potates, and more tomato sauce when on sale of course.

    When you go to post a new recipe, it allows you to enter all of the different fields in (like ingredients, preparation steps, time, servings, etc). When you post thread, it shows up like this one. I hope you enjoy it. I just ate the leftovers for lunch.
