Recipe Description

Easy & Tasty One Pot Recipe

Time Needed:Ingredients:

1 lb of hamburger
4 cups cubed (peeled or unpeeled) potatoes (1/2" cubes)
1 bag of frozen corn (12 oz)
1 small onion chopped
3 cans tomato sauce (8 oz each)
4 cups water
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 to 1 tsp hot pepper sauce (optional)

Serves:

6-8 (makes about 2 quarts)

Directions:

1) In Dutch oven or large kettle, brown ground beef. Drain.
2) Add potatoes, corn, onion & tomato sauce.
3) Stir in water, salt, pepper, and hot sauce.
4) Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender and soup has thickened.
