I was born in 1979 but you'd swear I was a 1950-1960's baby. I was brought up listening to Elvis (my mom favorite) and Hank Williams and pretty much everything my parents had on 8tracks and records. I don't think I had my own preference of music til I was in junior high. And even then I still liked to listen to the "oldies" although I've never called them oldies cause to me they aren't. Some of my favorite songs even today are from the 60's and 70's.

I had to look to see what day it was. As it turns out, next Wednesday is one of my days off, and the one I've set aside for repotting plants. So I'll be playin' with the green!

Mrs. Inkstain is making a big deal about it this year because this is Baby Stain (aka Patrick)'s first "His Saint's Day."

I know this is a bit of a late post (haha understatement) but my St. Patty's day in 2010 was one of the best ever - I went to Dublin, Ireland! which was a bit overrun with other Americans, and lots of people from Brazil as well (guess they like to party?!) It was a great day, but the icing on the cake was meeting a delicious Irish lad and having a sneaky pash (making out) at the bar!
