I feel that way and I have a 63 year old mother in law. There are something I just let go. I simplify we eat dinner when possible on paper plates, a hamper for every color so I do not have to separate, cleaning supplies in every room in pretty baskets put up and out of sight, omac cooking, sometimes frozen pizza, and a night out if possible with hubby or girls. helps a lot. Also make time for self, read book when baby is napping, paint your toes ect. I feel for you because I am there again at 2x the age as last time. Not as much staminia. Hugs sweetie.

It can be overwhelming. But now I miss it! My kids are older now and we are so busy that I long for a day to be bored!!! When my kids were little the health club was a great thing- I joined the YMCA which was very cheap. I could workout for an hour and he could play for an hour and then we could go do something together like swim or play basketball- so worth the money. We did playgroups and library times. We had days at home where we stayed in our pj's all day. I miss those days!! On days when I felt really isolated we'd go walk the mall and look at things or go to a park. You will get through it and you may even miss it someday!
