    Default Re-started my stockpile

I never had a big one and was just getting started and had some big bills come in so I stopped but today I restarted.

2 double sized head and shoulders for dh
2 bottles body wash for dh

That is all I got as I was "stealing" the money from groceries.

I will put up $20 or $30 to get it going again.

Feels good to be back in the game even if it is just a little bit.

I just started stockpiling in June. It's nice to know that I've got some things on hand when I can't afford to buy it. My only problem is now i can't stop.LOL

I also have limited storage--that really needs to be addressed around here.

Same here, no pantry of any kind and we have too many little critters rumaging in the garage to keep anything out there. We live in the woods. Mine is hidden all over the place.

I am just thankful I had dh buy me a deep freezer all thoses years ago(9) even if he thought I was nuts.

I would be up the creek without it.

I told him to get me the smallest one as I just wanted one but being the good man he is he got me the medium sized one.

    Good dh!

I've always wanted a freezer. My parents always had one, still do and it's just the two of them home, but they are never wanting for food. She shops the sales and stocks up. My uncle raises hogs so every fall they get a pig to split up between them and us 4 kids. It's the best bacon I've ever had!

I got mine new but many here at the village do get theirs on Craiglist. Just a thought. Just yesterday I found Pilgrams boneless breasts for $5.88 bag--I was all over that (4 bags)so I needed that deep freezer.

I just received my Save.ca coupons for HBA in the mail, so I am looking at the stores for sales for winter supplies now. It's fun to be back in the 'game', isn't it?!

I'm building mine up also. I added 20 cans of tuna today.

I always think of looking for the best deals and combining those with coupons as a game. It's the "Thrill of the Hunt". I get so excited when I get something really cheap or free.

Good luck on your re-started stockpile. We just made a list of things we need to start picking up.

    Every little bit counts, IMO!
I just started this week.. I am going to become very addicted to this little game - patiently waiting for the Sunday paper just to see if it has any good coupons!
