    Default Stockpiling Photos

This was posted on another forum I read. Thought some of you might find it interesting. This lady had been stockpiling for over a year. At the bottom of the page she has photos. She has a list of what she stockpiles and how much. She also has tips on freezing milk and eggs. She also has some recipes for homemade laundry soap and a few other things.

    I agree, she is amazing!

I can't believe all that they have gone through, dealing with her husbands cancer and homeschooling their daughter, wow! Just wow!
She is so resourceful, canning their milk and their cheeses and still doing this on less than $1,000.00 a month for 3 people.
It kinda puts one's own life into perspective a bit more, doesn't it?

I don't know if anyone has checked out her "recipes" section or not, but her brownie recipe is to die for!

I've fixed TWO pans of them over the past several days (although in my defense it is that time of the month), so if your looking for a great brownie recipe, give it a try!

Thank-you again emily_hope for sharing her site with us!

She very prepared, and her stockpile is impressive.

However, I can't see myself storing anything in old paint containers--even if they were washed.

Yeah, I noticed the paint buckets too and went Ewwww. Once I finish canning all of my fruit I'm going to try and can some margarine, I found another website that shows how to do it just like you would butter.
