Talking My dd just shopped my stockpile!

She is heading back out of town to where she is living and I told her to "go shop".

Well, I didn't think she would want as much as she took LOL!

She took about 5 plastic grocery sacks of canned goods, oatmeal, rice, and potatoes, popcorn, sugar, and HBA's etc.

At least I know she won't be hungry!

That's cute, and I know how grateful she must be. I remember "shopping" my mom's stockpile when I was living in my first apartment.

    You're a great mom!

    You are a generous Mom!
We do the same for the college kids here. It is a good feeling to be able to help them out & as you said to know they won't go hungry.

That is wonderful. I've shared my extras (wouldn't call it a stockpile really) with family when they needed help. It's awesome to be able to help them in that way.

My youngest sister still does this to my parents! At first it annoyed me - but I've finally reallized how smart she really is - & my parents don't mind.
