- Dishwasher detergent
- Ramen Noodles
- TP

- Flour
- Sugar

I've never thought of the stuff we have as a 'stockpile'. It's just part of having a well-stocked home. I grew up that way so it's just normal.
Here all this time you people have been talking about a stockpile, I was envisioning literally tons of foods to last for several years. What actually constitutes a stockpile?
What do we have that we won't NEED to buy in the next three months? That would change depending on circumstances. Assuming no job loss or other massive loss of income, we'll just continue doing what we've always done, buying stuff as it goes on sale in quantities to last till when we estimate it'll go on sale again. To me, that's a NEED so we always have what we want on hand. But in the case of a job loss, what we NEED would change drastically and what we bought would be restricted to fresh things we can't 'lay by' such as fresh produce, and a lot less of that. Everything else we'd either do without or cut way back on. We could easily eat for three months pretty much with what we already have in the house, but things might be prepped in a more conservative way such as less meat with more pasta or rice, etc.
So we own a stockpile. Hmmm....~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

My stockpile is fully stocked with at least 3-years (or more) worth of the "Seven Survival Foods". This includes grains, legumes, sprouting seeds, sweetener of choice, salt, oil - coconut oil for me - and powdered milk, which for me are whey-based milk substitutes both low-lactose and lactose-free, and non-fat dried milk powder and dried whole milk powder.
There is 6-12-months of everything else.
