Red face I just got it!! lol

I was reading the post on stockpiling on a budget and it clicked (yea kinda slow I know ) I finally got how to stockpile.

This is going to sound very dumb to some of you I am sure. The things I buy to stockpile I do not use with my everyday cooking/needs...I put it away and keep adding to it. Took me awhile but I finally got it.

Someone please slap me upside the head LOL

Doesn't sound dumb at all. People come to different parts of frugality in their own way at their own time.

Frugality doesn't necessarily have one definition. What works for one may not work for all.

So, congratulations on your stockpile! We'd love to see pictures at some point!

    good job ttisten...
took me a bit to sorta understand stockpiling "for me" too.
i kept reading what others were stocking up on & couldn't "get it" because that's not what "I" would need, per se.

It does take a while to get the hang of stockpiling -- everyone had to start learning somewhere, sometime. But now that you've mastered it, there will be no stopping you!
