Default My trip to the flea market...

I didn't know where to post this but was so amused I had to share.

I went to a flea market today and couldn't help but continuously comment to my SIL about all the people selling their stockpiles and how I get all those items with coupons. Anyway, a guy called me over and told me $5 for 3 tubes of toothpaste. I looked him dead in the eye and said "Are you nuts??? I get all this stuff for free too". The look on his face was priceless and so was the look on my SIL's face. We laughed the whole ride home. I then had to give her some of my free toothpaste & toothbrushes cause she was too mortified to buy any.

I would start with reading back posts here on FV under the coupons & stockpiling categories...there are plenty great tips. Short of writing a novel, start with buying a few copies of the Sunday paper and comparing the coupons with what is on sale that week at your grocery store.
