Default someone stop me please!! :)

OK, so the last few weeks have been amazing cereal deal weeks for me. I now have 24 boxes of "Dionsaur Eggs" oatmeal (my son's absolute favourite!) and 25 boxes of cold cereal (Life and Frosted Mini Wheats). All were under a dollar a box.....some just a few I pennies.

I need to go a few weeks without even looking at the ads! lol

That's awesome! My kids would love that! Where do you get all your coupons? Buy online, or buy multiple newspapers?

so the dinosaur eggs were 1.50 a box when you buy 5. a great deal just like that, but inside each box were coupons!! there was a coupon for 1.00 a box of oatmeal - well, duh1 I would buy 5, go out to the car, open the boxes and go right back in! lol i was paying .50 a box for last 20 or so!!!
Oh, and this is stuff I would NEVER pay full price for! They are normally 4.99 a box at Safeway!

The kelloggs coupons I printed online, either at samrtsource, or kelloggs. the Life coupons were part of the coupon inserts I got lucky with inside the oatmeal boxes.

So partly, I was just lucky with the coupons in the box, partly it's because I knew where to look.

My daughter would be dancing in the streets for that!! Not the oatmeal but she loves cereal in general.

GREAT STEAL! Makes up for the other times they try and charge $4 a box for stuff.

oh, yeah, I know all about those great sites.... didn't use them for this deal, but they are truly invaluable (although I tend to cheat more recently, and just go to ppls blogs that list all the deals, then I don't have to sift though all the posts at H c W and AFCup)

    great sites!

I do CVS too, but sometimes it's just a little more of a hassle with the card deal than I want to mess with. Espcially since I am about 20 miles from the nearest CVS

I wish I had more space for my cereal "stash" lol. I've found myself doing the same thing the last few weeks. Cheerios for .60/box and Honey Bunches/Special K for .80-$1. There's not enough room in my apartment for this! Soon it'll be getting stored under the bed if I keep this up. Maybe we should start a 'help' group?
