    Default Stockpile state of confusion

ok so life keeps throwing curve balls at me, just gotta roll with the punches

Of my two youngest who flew the nest back in August, one is moving back into the nest...as of this weekend, last night we drove 4 hours (there and back) and packed up clothes etc in 2 hrs and stuffed as much as we could into my tiny 2 door cobalt haha So my stockpile has been going up and down as I've been donating alot to my sons. Then last night, it was somewhat replenished. As late as it was by the time we got home (6 1/2 hours later), i just stuffed anything where it would fit in my cupboards etc....The thought of sorting through it all makes me cringe as we are in the middle of doing renovations and there's no place to put anything, bedroom walls and closets have been removed etc, there's drywall dust EVERYWHERE, no matter how many times i wipe down my kitchen table it's always dusty.

I just needed to vent, just have to try to organize it as best as i can this week and take a good inventory of what i have. I'm thankful that its starting to build up again, just feeling a bit overwhelmed I guess. It's been a sudden adjustment for everyone, it should be interesting as everyone adapts to everyone. My sons have really bonded with my dbf, especially my soon to be 20 yr old son. They do the male bonding thing while hanging drywall together

Speaking of stockpiling, dbf really doesn't 'get' why i love coupons and wanting to stockpile not just groceries but other items. But there's hope, I took him to a grocery warehouse that requires no membership fee's etc, and he was stunned. When he saw the giant salami's that were 3 feet long for $8.00 his jaw dropped haha Now he wants to go back there and buy 'tons of meat' and 'candies'

    CC#2: $200/500
    CC#3: $500/1500
