    don't know if I agree with it, but it was interesting reading!

    We're redoing a part of our house that houses some of my "deep" storage, the more shelf-stable stuff. Since it is all off the shelves and scattered about, I decided it would be a good time to make sure that all of it is still usable. I went looking for info re how long foodstuffs can be stored, and this is what I found
