This is absolutely awesome. Good job! Kudos to you for all the hard work, shopping, getting bargains, and setting up your area so organized.

Great going! I wish I had that much room. After seeing this, I'm going to rethink my pantry arrangement.
Projects in Progress: quilt, bathroom rugs, knitting dishcloths

Am I the only one who has noticed that expiration dates seem to be shortened on products?? I rarely see anything dated more than 12 months out. But then...I don't buy much canned or processed food.

"Many more people could ride out the storm-tossed waves in their economic lives if they had their . . . supply of food . . . and were debt-free. Today we find that many have followed this counsel in reverse: they have at least a year’s supply of debt and are food-free."-Thomas S. Monson

I'm speechless. That is one major stockpile. Do you keep a list of products so you know instantly what you have or have used?

Wow -- it looks great. I am curious -- when you vacuum-pack your pasta and flour, do you put anything in the bag with it, like the air things? (The name is escaping me).

if you mean oxy assorbors--sometines but with beans rice and pasta there is no need and a hint if you ane vacuum packing any other pasta than elbows use a inner freezer bag as the sharp edgies will pierece the vacuum bags but thats not a problem just check once in a while and if the bag didnt seal just use that one first--hugs to all fv
