Save Alot here is having a 10 for 10 so am trying to pick some of that up to add to the stock pile.

10lbs of leg quarters cooked, defatted, and deboned for 5 bags of chicken and stock
20 ears of corns free from a friend who cutting his field down shucked and parboiled for freezer

I make a great blueberry banana muffin from the mixes. I'm allergic to eggs, so I just use an over-ripe banana or two (bought from the discount bags at the store, of course), mash it up really well with a fork, leave out the eggs and the oil the box calls for, and just add the water. Makes great muffins. It will work fine with one banana, but fiancee likes his to have 'extra'.
