    Default my "stockpile"

I keep my extras in the same place as my groceries, so I'll point out what I have stocked up on so far. This is my pantry, I have no kitchen cupboards or counters, so this is where everything goes. On the other side of the room is an identical set of cupboards that hold all my dishes.

Up top I have snacks, next shelf down is my stock of hot chocolate I bought lots of it this past spring when it was all marked 50-75% off! Next shelf down I have 15lbs of rice, boxes of stuffing, bottles of canola oil & 10lbs of corn meal.

I have 6lbs of regular spaghetti, 2lbs whole wheat spaghetti, 12 cans tomatoes, 12 cans of soups (not including cream of ___), 8 cans cream of _____ soup, 6lbs of macaroni, 5 cans of pasta sauce, 5 cans tomato sauce, 2 cans each black olives, mushrooms, and green chilis. The bottom shelf is the bane of my existance. It's the only shelf my youngest can reach, so he's constantly rearranging it Here I have my spices, 5 boxes of baking soda, my free samples, and odds & ends.

This is my stockpile of oatmeal, apple juice, and ramen.

I also have 20lbs of flour, 15lbs of sugar, and 3 cans of coffee in with my dishes lol.

OOOO!! what a nice stockpile. You're doing really well. It looks well organised and I love your green gingham.

How did you start your stockpile? Did you build it up week by week?

Thanks for sharing. I think it's very inpiring to see stockpile photos.

I only shop 1-2x/week. I stock up when things go on sale, this month it was pasta (33c/lb) & flour (99c for 5lbs). I also try to buy 1-2 extra of my canned goods that I'm shopping for off my list. So if I'm buying 2 cans of tomatoes for a recipe, I'll buy 3-4 cans instead of just the two I need.
It's slow going, and a little difficult with the lack of space but it's very rewarding

Oh! And the oatmeal was a really great find! I found it at a convenience store (glorified gas station) on clearance for 64c each, plus I had a coupon for 25c/1

That is a great price for oatmeal. I make our own granola about once a week so am always looking for a good sale on this.

Thanks for sharing your stockpile. I've enjoyed seeing what everyone is stocking up on and how they are storing things.

Very nice stockpile! You have it looking so nice in your cabinet. I could use your help with mine. I have an old cabinet that is too deep to organize and I would like dh to tear it out and build me a new pantry cabinet. He said he will. Im still waiting.
