Five packs of Cottonelle TP (to my already large stockpile of TP), .49 for the single roll 4-pk.
Four boxes of cereal, Chex and Cheerios for .50 each after coupon/sale
The sales were not good the second half of the month, so I have been mainly "needs" shopping, and not stockpiling.

Just got back from the store...only spent $69, and I hope that will last for the week (6 of us). Was able to add 4 pkgs of Ortega Taco seasoning for 4 cents each! Gotta love those double coupons! Also picked up a can of mushrooms and Bush's baked beans. Those items are truly for the stockpile, the rest I bought will be gone by next week!
Oops, forgot the 4 bottles of Citre Shine shampoo for 25 cents each!Bought my new oven 1/08 and loving it!

Got a deal today on fresh Portobello mushrooms. My husband loves them. They usually run 3.99 for 8 oz. pack - 2 -3 large mushrooms.
I got 14 packs at .25 per pack, at the scratch and dent store. I will be slicing and freezing this afternoon!
Would have gotten more - but 14 was all that was in great shape. Rest looked a bit yucky.
Made my dh happy today.
as well as my pocketbook!!!!
Got 3 doz. eggs at Kroger - .99 per doz.

I stocked up on meat, flour, and rice today. Flour was a little over a buck for 5 pounds, and I also got 15 pounds of rice for about 3 bucks. I've decided to only buy meat if it is $1.99 a pound or less. (never thought I'd be saying that). So I found boneless pork loin roast, boneless beef roast, whole chickens, chicken thighs, ham, hamburger, and catfish nuggets that all fit into that price range or lower.
