What items have you added to your stockpile this week
Just wondering what kinds of things your adding and the deals you got. I think it will help me with my price book as well. Here's mine:
- 4 jars of peanut butter @ $1 a jar
-12 bars of soap @ $0.98 for a 6pk.
-4 large cans of pea soup @ 0.99 each
I still need to add:
-6 tubes of toothpaste hopefully for under 0.40 each
- and TP

I'm going to add dry beans. I still have a little money left for my grocery challenge this month and that seems the most logical. I'll post what I get for my $9. Oh- and I still have my Trader Joe's gift card to use. May stock up on toothpaste and coffee there.

My store had boneless chicken breast for 1.49/lb. I bought 3 large packages, came home, divided it, cut off the fat and froze it. With the fat, I made 6 pts of broth. I had my coupons ready for Walgreens.. drove across town, and they didn't have their coupon items! Think twice before going there again!

Went to Sav A Lot this week. Found 5 lb. bags of potatoes for $1.00. Got 15 lbs. Also had Mardi Gras papertowels 3 pk. $1.00. Got several.
Bought holiday baskets at Big Lots for 90% off. 50 and 70 cents each. Got ribbon and color books 75% off. 25 cents each. Stock piling for next Christmas as well.
Stocked up on frozen veggies at Kroger 10/$10. Found a deal on boneless skinless chicken breast for 1.59 lb. Bought several and re-packaged for later use.

Ingles had BOGO free Instant Grits. I got 4 boxes. They were also doing triple coupons this week and had the larger jar of Smuckers Grape Jelly for $1.00 and I had a .35 cent coupon, when tripled gave me the jelly for free. I got two jars. I got 6 boxes of Kleenex tissue because I had 2 .50 cent off coupons when you purchase three. The coupons were tripled.
