What a glorious day!
Dh lost his job over the winter and was off for about 2 months. When he lost his job, we were already behind on some bills, just due to the fact that his job was not necessarily covering all the bills. Plus, with my being a stay at home mom now, we didn't have my income to fall back on when he got laid off, like we have in the past.
So anyhoo, he got a new job in March, better pay, better benefits and all around he is a much happier guy since he enjoys his job.
After being behind on every bill for months, (a few months behind on each bill too), it is now the 16th of the month and EVERY SINGLE BILL IS CURRENT and I am able to start putting some money in savings this week! Woo hoo!
I just needed to throw a little party for myself.
I swear, the sun is shining brighter and the birds are chirping louder today!

Way to dig yourself out of that hole. GREAT job!

How much we enjoy what we have is more important than how much we have. Life is full of people who have more than they know what to do with, but cannot be content. It is the capacity to enjoy life that brings contentment.---Unknown
