We are right on track...
Well, I must say that we have felt for months like we were robbing Peter to pay Paul just to get our money situated to buy more equipment and whatever else we needed for our little farm. Our frugality has finally paid off.
Last night we realized without even knowing(because we keep our nose out of this one account) that we finally have enough money saved to buy the large trailer that we need to haul round bales of hay and large logs to cut up for firewood.
Also enough to buy the 2 man gas auger to start fencing in this place.
We are just so thrilled. We were looking at maybe the end of the year before we could get a jump on this stuff but heavenly days we have done it.Last edited by freyadog; 07-02-2008 at 09:57 AM. Reason: should read gas not electric

PLEASE be careful with that auger. They are very dangerous pieces of equipment and safety precautions should not be taken lightly.
after that.. CONGRATS. Nothing makes the job easier than the right equipment.Russ

Congrats! Sometimes ignorance is bliss when it comes to the ol' savings account!
Keep your eyes off the balance while your shoveling money in there and you'll always be surprised by how much you can save!
