Change jar
When I first joined this forum people had penny jars, challenges and change jars going. Well its been a year and a half and we cashed in our jar the other day, more like one of those big pretzel containers that hold about 2 gallons, and yes it was full.
Came out with $1185 and some cents. Kids talk about a new plasma tv, but no real plans yet for the money.Sandy

That's a job well done! Good for you
If you have no real plans for it, throw it in your savings account and let it age. The way life works something will come along soon

Wowsers! Congrats on the success!
Makes me have renewed faith in my little change jar! I put change in it religiously every week (almost - sometimes a little gets spent before it makes it to the jar), and hope to use it to defray the costs of some future trip for my kids to see their dad.
Well done!

Whoa! That's amazing. I think mine might have $20.00 or so in it. I still add to it, but we don't use cash too much.
Let us know what you decide to do with your "change".

That's really amazing! I can't imagine saving that much. Once I know I've got around 20 or 30 dollars in mine I can't resist cashing it out. You've really inspired me to keep saving it untill I have lots more!
