I hope that Her Ladyship General Nada is out marshaling the troops.

In any event, I want her to know that this fellow citizen of Kickindadebtland has been encouraged by her efforts and has levied additional troops for his own army. I hope that Her Ladyship will herself be encouraged to know her glorious acts of bravery upon the Fields of Payoffdabill have not gone unnoticed.

The battle wages on!

It's been a little bit since we had a strategy meeting. Well, here's what's been going on.

On Tuesday of last week, an outside ally, the doctor who will be delivering LadyNada's baby, put her off work until the end of her pregnancy on medical leave, due to lack of sleep and energy. As such, LadyNada's income has gone from $14/hr to, well, zilch.

However, that is only until her EI kicks in, which begins two weeks after she supplies all the information to Statistics Canada. Unfortunately none of that will start until the end of next week, when she receives her Record of Employment from her work.

With that in mind, the latest update in the battle against the the Enemy is... well, no action.

Since we have lost a substantial aspect of our income, we are simply making the minimal payments until we see what will be coming in with LadyNada's EI.

Also, at 37 weeks pregnant, we are expecting a chubby little ally any day now. So we are excited to see what comes of the next few weeks.

It will have to first complete a rigorous boot camp and training though the value of a dollar and the proper use of an allowance before we can allow a trainer credit card, I imagine.
