Having the cash and not being afraid to spend it
I bought a house last summer and I knew in time that I would have to put up a fence. Well my 5yr old son won't play in the back yard because he is afraid that his ball/whatever will end up in the neighbors yard. There is about a 3 1/2foot drop between our back yards. There is a retaining wall and currently a 1 foot high metal fence which really is useless.
The fence was on my list however it just got bumped to the top. So I shopped around, got prices, etc.
The good news is that I have the money to pay cash for the fence and I have enough left in reserves to feel comfortable.
This is HUGE for me.Judy

Good job. We have been saving for new blinds for our screened room for a year now. A total of 11 blinds adds up in a hurry!
