A few successes!
Been meaning to write this for a while now.
We paid off one CC about a month ago! That felt awesome. Our others have bigger balances so they are going down a bit more slowly, but still going down!
We also re-financed our car to a loan with a lower interest rate (and lower monthly payment). It also has gap coverage (for FREE) meaning that if our car gets totaled and we're upside down in the loan, it will cover the rest of our loan. That was huge. And we skip a month of payments while they set up the new loan, so that's more to add to the snowball in Jan.
We also fixed our dryer ourselves for only $65! (well, we had help from my dad and brother and a guy at a repair shop, but still )

But my biggest success is that I'm not turning into my mother. I love my mom, but she and my step-dad are so stupid when it comes to money. The both make a lot and have a lot of "toys" (2 SUVs, 2 convertibles, a truck, a huge RV and 2 classic cars), yet when my mom's hair dresser stopped taking credit cards she now has to plan her cuts around her pay days because she is as she puts it "cash poor". I can't believe they have all this "stuff" (CRAP!) but not enough cash on hand to pay for a hair cut. I'm so happy I'm no longer following in her footsteps.
I know that I still have a long ways to go and I still mess up, but I feel like FPU and these boards have really helped re-shape my thoughts on money. And hopefully I'm teaching my kids better habits too!

It sounds like you have a good plan in place. You also realize that you are human and can make a mistake from time to time, but that you just get up and start over with the plans you have in place. Good for you! You are going to do great!!
