Loan from the inlaws? Paid in full! :)
So two years after we started, we're finally done. $9300 paid in full as of today. MIL brought me the paperwork to keep here at the house that shows our history of payments. Before the direct deposit, we'd paid about about $2600. Once we got that started, it was pretty much easy from there on out.
We paid them the remaining amount today. It was from our tax return and I'm so glad we did. DH and I went to the bank today to make sure it was done.
Now, we have $9300 or so sitting in a separate account in case we need it for anything else. It's our LOC with a zero interest rate.
I am just thankful that besides the mortgage, we have no outstanding debts to anyone.
Wife to DH since 10/31/2002!

I remember that. Don't you just want to rub people's faces in things sometimes?
A girl I grew up with sat in the church at my wedding and stated that she was giving it a year, that Z was going to leave me up a creek with no paddle, and a baby. (Not a white wedding for the McD's). On our 5th anniversary, I wanted to call and tell her that we were indeed up a creek. Together. With a paddle. And two babies.
Oh yeah---Congratulations! That is a huge accomplishmnet!McD
